Introducing SiMNet..
(Student Information Management Network)
The IM student network first got together in October 2005 to discuss ways to enhance the uni experience of the students studying IM at UTS. One of the biggest realisations of the network, was that students themselves know little about the students who are in other years or classes. And also, many of us weren't even sure of exactly where IM could take us, and of where we could go in terms of our career...
The network hope to facilitate opportunities for students to receive some support, advice, and even friendship ("aww") for everyone that does IM. And maybe, just maybe, do a little myth-busting along the way.
